Jean-Louis Aubert was born on April 12, 1955 in Nantua, France. Not interested by studying, he preferred music. At 17, back from a USA trip, he met Richard Kolinka & they recorded the song "Plastic Rocker" in 1976. The same year, he founded the band Téléphone with Richard Kolinka (drums), Corinne Marienneau (bass) & Louis Bertignac (guitar). The band got success rapidly & released 5 albums in 10 years, becoming the leader of French rock bands. After the disbanding in 1986, Jean-Louis started his solo career. His first album Plâtre Et Ciment ! was a success and he started to be loved by the audience. Since then, he shared his time between studio (Idéal Standard in 2005) and tour to give touching songs.
