Miley's rep. slams 'creatively edited' interview
According to Miley Cyrus' spokesperson, the singer has never declared the quotes imputed to her: "I'm messed up...
I have so many fking issues. I am so fked up - everyone does dumb stuff when they are messed up,' as she is quoted in the Sunday People.
"I don't have a normal life. I take a hiatus every now and again but I'm not good at that."
Miley’s representative said that these quotes are part of a 'creatively edited' interview as the singer gave only one interview since the MTV Video Music Awards that hasn’t been released yet.
The 20-year-old singer once again became the subject of controversy after her 2013 MTV Video Music Awards performance with Robin Thicke.
The representative says it is unclear when the interview took place, but the words are misleading.
'She only did one interview since VMAs and that's not it,' the representative told Just Jared.
'She sat down with MTV for her upcoming [documentary]. We haven't released that interview yet. Someone did some creative editing of an old interview.'
I'ain't nobody got time for that #BS,' wrote Miley on her Twitter account.
Meanwhile Cyrus is preparing for the release of her fourth studio album titled „Bangerz” next month.
