I evolve on album says Miley
Miley Cyrus' spoke with MTV News about her new album and said how she evolved into “someone else” as an artist while recording “Bangerz”.
The album “Bangerz” is Miley’s fourth album, which was released on Tuesday. She promoted it at New York's Planet Hollywood in Times Square and revealed the last song on the record is one of the most telling.
"If you keep listening to it, you can keep seeing where I change. And it's a real story and a real growing," she said, explaining, "I feel like I got to where I finally was on Someone Else, which was the end of the record. I've turned into someone else. That's what I mean about it kind of being like a story. I kind of all did it in that time." Miley compared her new album “Bangerz” to the self-reflective time she spent filming her recent documentary “Miley: The Movement”.
"I hope they really see it as the arc that it is. Even when I did my documentary for MTV, it really showed a complete arc of where I was and where I am now so I hope they kind of see that," she said.
“ Bangerz” is reportedly number one in 70 countries.
