R&B singer Luke James has an album coming out. First song: The Run
A sort of leitmotif not only on this first track called ’The Run’, but on the whole album, the words ’don’t go and fuck up a good thing’ come to greet the listener. The man is grabbing love by the belt and he’s holding her tightly. Although simple, brilliant verses. The backing has a bass that stands out, otherwise there are some piano strokes, a drum machine, and some nice effects.
Of course he’ll make you fall, but like the song goes, he’ll also break the fall. Check out ’Glass House’, and the two interludes on the album. Astounding clapping and humming. Stay tuned for that ’Made To Love’ album. Just a couple of days now.
