Lou Reed public memorial set for New York
Lou Reed’s fans will make a tribute to the legendary singer songwriter in New York.
A public memorial for Lou will be held at New York's The Lincoln Center on Thursday, 14 November.
The memorial will be from 1 to 4 PM at the Paul Milstein Pool and Terrace at Lincoln Center. At the public memorial there will be 'no speeches, no live performances, just Lou's voice, guitar music & songs ' playing the recordings selected by his family and friends.'
The singer died of a liver illness on October 27at the age of 71
