Minogue Doesn’t Use Dating Apps
Kylie Minogue is against finding love on digital platforms.
Although the 45-year-old singer is single, she declared that she won’t waste her time looking for her soulmate via dating apps on Valentine's Day.
Asked during an interview with the UK newspaper The Mirror whether she uses the popular dating appslication Tinder, Kylie's response was blunt:
“Er, Tinder?! Why would I be on Tinder?” she pondered. “No, no I'm not and have never even tried it. It's not really ‘me.’”
The singer broke up with the Spanish model Andrés Velencoso in October 2013 after a five years relationship. She is currently single, and confessed that she will be spending Valentine’s Day alone. Kyle has recently declared that she still thinks about Andrés.
“It was an amicable separation, I still love Andrés, he's the nicest guy, he's the coolest guy,” she said, adding that Andres was even partly responsible for her tackling a role on reality TV. “He was one of the people saying you have to do The Voice. I feel like he's with me a little bit.”
