Justin Bieber's 'monkey debt to be enforced'

Justin Bieber's 'monkey debt to be enforced'Justin Bieber reportedly hasn't paid his fees after abandoning his monkey in Germany.

The Canadian singer lost his gifted pet at the beginning of the year after entering the country without filling out the proper paperwork for the monkey.

Justin owes around $11,000 to the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation.

'Additionally, a copy of our letter was delivered to a staff member of Justin Bieber yesterday in L.A. at his arrival from Costa Rica,' attorney Ellen Frederichs told Celebuzz.

'As Mr. Bieber should be informed about his payment obligations by now, we hope that he takes his responsibility and settles the costs he has caused to the public, just like anybody else would have to do.'

Lawyer Ellen confirms if he ever wants to go to Germany in the future, he must pay his debts.

'If Mr. Bieber will not settle his costs, the payment might have to be enforced when he will enter Germany again,' she said.

Justin received the pet when he turned 19 in March by music producer Jamal 'Mally Mal' Rashid.
