Bieber spray paints at the Gold Coast’s QT Hotel

Bieber spray paints at the Gold Coast’s QT HotelJustin Bieber reportedly spray painted the wall by the tennis court at the QT Hotel after he returned from his Brisbane first concert, in Australia. The pop star covered the walls with pictures of monster, according to TMZ.

According to the website, Justin was caught on camera but no charges have yet been made against the pop star. 'They're well aware of the illicit artwork .. but so far, no formal complaint has been made -- and the GC mayor says he's ordered a cleanup crew for the wall,' writes the website.

According to other outlets, the hotel is actually happy to have Justin's art on their wall. There is even speculation he was asked to do it.

A QT Hotel staff member said that the singer could so whatever he liked.

“We let our guests do whatever they want,'' she told The Bulletin.“Anyone would be allowed to do it.. We even let them make lemonade.''

"This piece of art is now available to be viewed by fans of the artist and we believe that it is a wonderful addition to the colourful Gold Coast arts scene," the Surfer's Paradise hotel told UK newspaper The Guardian.

But Mayor Tom Tait has apparently demanded they paint over the neon graffiti.

"The last thing we want is to have graffiti glorified and more young people thinking it's a cool thing to do," he told the Australian Associated Press.

"It might be on private land but it's in prominent public view," a council spokesman added. "The mayor will be contacting our compliance officers today to have a notice issued to the hotel to clean it up."
