Jack White debuted solo single 'Love Interruption', announced new album
The ex-White Stripes lead man, Jack White has revealed a new single off his upcoming album called "Love Interruption" which is giving some chilling vibes, but violent lyrics: "I want love to grab my fingers gently/ slam them in a doorway, put my face into the ground," Jack croons. Meanwhile, a female background voice feels in the song : "I want love to murder my own mother/ and take her off to somewhere, like hell or up above." The track was also released for digital download on Monday night, Jan. 30th.
Jack White's solo project is now ongoing. Entitled Blunderbuss the album is due to release on April 24th, and it comes as his first solo album after the announcement of his broken up with wife Meg White. Meg, who played drums in the band, confirmed they would officially cease recording and performing music as the White Stripes in February 2011. They dropped their last album Icky Thump in 2007.
"I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colors on my own canvas," he said of the CD.

White also played US live dates with The Raconteurs, his band with Brendan Benson and The Greenhornes' Patrick Keeler and Jack Lawrence, last September.
His other band, <B>The Dead Weather – which also features The Kills' Alison Mosshart – released their second album 'Sea Of Cowards' in 2010.
