Gym Class Heroes bring gymnast John Orozco in The Fighter video premiere
Olympic hopeful and gymnast John Orozco from Team USA at the 2012 Olympics joines Gym Class Heroes for the band's latest music video with an inspirational title "The Fighter". When the visuals starts, John says <I>I'm John Orozco, I'm an Olympic hopeful. I'm from Bronx, New York and I'm a fighter.
The inspiring video which also features One Republic's <B>Ryan Tedder, documents Orozco's journey from the Bronx, N.Y. to the Olympic games. Several personal videos of Orozco's training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. and family footage of him competing in his home town as a child, are incorporated in between shots of the group performing.
Premiered on band's official website on May 24 and today on E! News, this video won't be the single support to the Olympic team, as Orozco tweeted that Gym Class Heroes are involved in much more. Apparently the band has also purchased 100 stitches to help build the Team USA flag for London, which can purchase by fans for $12 a stitch to help "raise the flag" and support the United States Olympic and Paralympic games. Pretty nice job! We love the song, and we love this video even more. "The Fighter" is their third single from <i.The Papercut Chronicles II released November 2011. Watch the video below.
