Glee - Let It Snow lyrics

rate me

Oh the weather outside is frightful,

But the fire is so delightful,

And since we've no place to go,

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping,

And I've bought some corn for popping,

The lights are turned way down low,

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight,

How I'll hate going out in the storm!

But if you'll really hold me tight,

All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying,

And, my dear, we're still good-bying,

But as long as you love me so,

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Oh the weather outside is frightful,

But the fire is so delightful,

And since we've no place to go,

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow! (x2)

It doesn't show signs of stopping,

And I've bought some corn for popping,

The lights are turned way down low,

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight,

How I'll hate going out in the storm!

But if you finally hold me tight,

Then all the way home I'll be warm.

And my dear will too…

But as long as you love me so

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Oh, let it snow!

"Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!", also known as "Let It Snow", is great song written by lyricist Sammy Cahn and composer Jule Styne in 1945, but which suffered a lot of changes and had many cover across the years. Even if it is November and "Glee The Music: The Christmas Album, Volume 2" doesn`t drop until 15th of the month, the “Glee” band prepares to sing about Christmas a little earlier. It seems that only Chris Colfer and Darren Criss perform a duet and join their Christmas spirits on this joyful and full of energy song.
