Gene Simmons to Mentor Wannabe Rock Stars
The bass guitarist and co-lead vocalist of Kiss, Gene Simmons, will join the Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp in 2014 to mentor future rock stars.
The Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp will take place in March at the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas. Besides Gene, other legendary artists will be there to help up and coming musicians with how to write, record and use their instrument. Amongst them are Billy Idol's guitarist, Steve Stevens, Sebastian Bach of Skid Row, Tommy Thayer of Kiss, and Megadeth’s bassist, Dave Elfson.
“Mentoring adult and young rockers at fantasy camp has always been an amazing and rewarding experience for me,” gushed Gene Simmons. “I enjoy teaching and handing over lessons I've learned from business to musicians and upcoming talent.”
The four-day camp will be held between the 27th and 30th March.
