New video out for Kill Us Both, by Arizona repping artist Futuristic
The Buff Nerds streamed this song just a couple of hours ago. This guy's up on his bars, really handling 'em and sh*t. He's really slick, really fast on the flow, aaaand, on this Kill Us Both song he goes on and on about him and his girl, while the sun slowly sets on a beautiful LA (I'm guessing) shore.
Another thing I'm guessing is that these songs he's making, the ones that are called #One Take, they're called this way because they're filmed in a long take, or a oner. You can see, they're uninterrupted. The thing about it, old black and white movies were shot like this because of the small number of cameras a filming company could afford. This also meant actors needed to memorize long scripts, and get 'em right in one take. Ergo, Futuristic's songs. Actors were real geniuses back in the day, people like Roberto Benigni having to master their lines and acting choreography in order to shoot a film.
Even tho Futuristic is tryin' to tell us that he's such a genius, like actors that shot one takes back in the day were, we all know that songs are dubbed now, as in added over the original mute video and synchronized in order to seem that the artist isn't really just moving his lips. Which he is! :) Just look at Michael Jackson's 'They Don't Really Care About Us' and imagine both Michael and that vigorous crowd dancing and mimicking singing in utter silence.
Here are Futuristic's twitter and soundcloud, so you can ride the wave with this nonetheless ingenious artist that never seems to disappoint sweetslyrics:
