Faith Hill premieres American Heart music video
The country singer Faith Hill returns after five years of absence in the music industry, and comes out with a new project that begins with her new clip "American Heart."
"American Heart" was directed by Trey Fanjoy in October at Nashville.. "This video was the perfect combination of hard work, creative energy and fun," Hill told in an interview. "Everybody had one goal - to make 'American Heart' the best video that it could be. Trey was extraordinary. I've wanted to work with her for years but one thing or another and it just never happened. But as they say, there's a time and place for everything - I'm glad that it was now."
The single "American Heart" was co-written by Jonathan Singleton and Jim Beavers.
The message of the lyrics is positive and focuses on the American spirit. "When I first heard this song I was brought to hears," Hill said. "People are suffering, trying to make ends meet, and times are especially tough right now. The sentiment captures everything I think we all feel when we think about the American spirit," the singer added.
Faith Hills also shows in her new video her dancing abilities and she features alongside 10-year-old TJ Jones as Hill's sidekick.
