David Archuleta revealed Forevermore music video, set to leave for Mormon mission in Chile
American Idol alum, David Archuleta has premiered the music video in support of his latest single Forevermore included on the album with the same title, which features simple and clean footage of himself singing the song to the camera while sitting alone in a homie.
Forevermore it's a collection of all original Filipino classic love songs written in English and composed by some of the Philippines' renowned songwriters like Ogie Alcasid, Louie Ocampo, Jimmy Antiporda and Cecil Azarcon. "I wouldn't say that I sound better than the original singers because the singers here are so amazing. But I would hope that I could pay tribute to them with this album," Archuleta once said.
The album release will be his final work in music, as he prepares to leave for his two year Mormon mission in Chile. For his last glimpse, he is singing with the Missionary Training Center choir at the LDS General Conference in Salt Lake City on Saturday.
