Chris Brown got back to her girlfriend Karrueche Tran right before going to rehab.

Karrueche posted a photo of her and Chris kissing on her Instagram account on Tuesday with the caption: 'Always and Forever' followed by a heart emoticon.

Tran accompanied Chris when he went to a undisclosed treatment centre on Tuesday, indicating the couple are rekindling their romance, reported TMZ.

'Make no mistake, Chris needs her and she wants to be there for him,' a source told Hollywood Life. 'She will be with him to make sure he's cool. With these circumstances, they're both putting old issues behind them.'

Chris’ gilfriend says the fight that broke them up for a few days was not a serious on and she wants to stand by her man in his time of need.

'At the end of the day, they had a misunderstanding but that's not an issue now that he's in this situation,' the source added.

'She wants to be there for him, to be a listening ear, to be a companion. She just wants to be there for him, with no expectations and nothing in return. It's about him. She has nothing to gain.'
