Rap Rushmore is that bonus track off of Noreaster, the latest N.O.R.E. album that became available on iTunes on the 20th of April, this year. It’s streamed now. The album cover is a doozy. They turned the movie poster from ’Ted’, the one staring Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis, into an outstanding pic in which the Easter bunny is hogging on the bong, Victor Santiago is smoking pot and the table in front of them is filled with Pop'Ems.
Meanwhile, on the track, rappers of high caliber (Capone, Noreaga, Nature, Cormega) and verses that won’t leave you longing for a hook align in a rock-tight paradigm, just like the presidents are aligned on top of Mount Rushmore. ’On top of the world, on top of the game’.
