Get to know your parents,<br />

Understand that friends come and go,<br />
but for the precious few you should get to know.<br />

Accept certain truths,<br />

I too will get old,<br />
and when I do, I’ll remember the times I was young<br />

I try not to mess too much with my hair,<br />
cause by the time I'm 40, it will look 82.<br />
and that applies to you too.<br />
Be careful whose advice you are buying,<br />
be patient with those who are supplying,<br />
why can't you believe that some of us may be lying.
