Watch Beyonce singing live the National Anthem after admitting to lip-syncing
On January 31, Beyonce admitted at the Super Bowl press conference in New Orleans to lip-syncing the National Anthem at President Obama's inauguration.
"I am a perfectionist and one thing about me is I've practiced 'til my feet bleed. And I did not have time to practice with the orchestra," declared Bey. She also said that she will sing live for the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday.
She went, "Due to the weather, due to the delay, due to no proper sound check, I did not feel comfortable taking a risk. It was about the President and the Inauguration, and I wanted to make him and my country proud. So I decided to sing along with my pre-recorded track, which is very common in the music industry, and I'm very proud of my performance."
