Avril Lavigne left self-titled new album

Avril Lavigne left self-titled new albumAvril Lavigne couldn’t come up with an idea for her new album. The singer is promoting her fifth record and she decided to self-title it.

"I didn't know what to call it. I really couldn't find a title to sum it up," she told Bello magazine.
Avril chose a simple headshot for the album cover.

"At the end of the day, I didn't want to give it a title. I'm just really excited for my fans to hear it. I think they'll be surprised," she said.

Lavigne spoke about her fashion label Abbey Dawn, which she launched on 2008, but also about her perfume, Black Star, that hit the shelves in 2009.

"I like to be busy. Everything that I do outside of music is tied into my music. So it's all about good management and multitasking and keeping everything together. Making it all go hand in hand," she explained.

"When it comes to designing and making fragrances, I tie it all in with my current album. The colors, the theme, and the vibe."

Avril's new album will be released on November 5.
